What is Hatha Yoga? It's a means of getting to know oneself better by taking up postures while breathing at the appropriate speed. At the end of the session, the body is relaxed yet invigorated, and stress has totally disappeared.
By stretching exercises, breathing techniques and relaxation, yoga gives better self-knowledge.
Hatha Yoga using the Eva Ruchpaul technique is a gentle method that includes stretching muscles and joints without exceeding personal abilities. Students are aware of their breathing, an essential feature of the entire session. Postures and the corresponding rhythm of breathing naturally rest the mind, relax the body and provide inner calm at the end of the lesson.
